Formulating a new direction for the Dope360 software

Our Challenge.
„Dope360“ is a marketing software designed for cleaning industry services to enhance their postcard marketing strategies. However, in 2019, the project faced delays due to challenges with an underperforming remote IT team.
ITUB stepped in with the role the IT-product and project consultant this year, aiming to realign the product roadmap for the delayed MVP launch.
Within two months, it became clear that the Ukrainian remote team wasn’t meeting the project’s timeline and the demands for software development.
Our Mission.
Engaging primarily with the CEO and other key stakeholders, ITUB revamped the project specifications and formulated a new direction for the Dope360 Software. This included overseeing the design and development from start to finish. A visit to the team in Lviv, Ukraine confirmed the initial team’s inability to deliver. This led to the pivotal decision to shift the project to a more competent agency with a robust team of developers.
Finally, by March 2020, Dope360 was successfully launched. Although it was six months behind schedule, it was ready for the next business cycle and overall a success.
